In secondary school, a teacher asked for volunteers to assist a classmate in navigating the school with his crutches. Little did I know, this simple act of kindness would lead to a lifelong friendship and a business opportunity.
Years later, as my friend transitioned to using motorized wheelchairs, he shared his frustrations with the industry's lack of customer care and support. Prices were exorbitant, there were no display sets to try before you buy, and repairs took a long time. His lamentations sparked the idea of Falcon Mobility.
Falcon Mobility revolutionized the motorized wheelchair industry by transplanting a retail practice common in consumer electronics—allowing people to try before they buy. This approach not only enhanced customer satisfaction but also set a new benchmark for accessibility and transparency.
By leveraging digital marketing, we minimized rental and manpower costs while maximizing outreach, directing traffic to our low-rental locations. These savings translated into lower prices for our customers.
Today, Falcon Mobility has evolved into a full-fledged, omnichannel distribution company. I am grateful that one random act of kindness decades ago resulted in a financially viable business opportunity that continues to transform the lives of thousands by helping them regain their mobility freedom and independence.

- Today, it is an omni-channel distribution company in Singapore, with online sales, offline sales, e-commerce platform sales, wholesale, and government sales (through subsidy schemes).
- We now wish to scale our business by duplicating our unique business model in Australia through franchising and are looking for partners to collaborate with.

What does it involve?
- Falcon Mobility is looking for Exclusive Sales Agents in Adelaide and Perth.
- The Adelaide and Perth agents will also be given exclusive rights to appoint sub-agents and sell within South Australia and West Australia, respectively.
- Agents will receive leads generated by Falcon, arrange appointments to demo the product to the customers,. A substantial commission is earned on every sale.
- Agents will also need to provide after-sales service to clients and handle repairs if necessary.
